Learn to harness the collective power of imagination

Albert Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution." When we think about innovative teams, they tend to be teams that have learned how to harness their collective power of imagination.

Team training packages start with a three month partnership with Wade Innovation.

Package 01

  • Week one is a one-on-one meeting with the owner or Senior team leader.

  • Week two is an individual debrief with the same leader and when assessments will be emailed to every member of the team.

  • Week three is when the official team training will occur. This is a 4-6 hour process that can occur on one day or over the course of as many as 4 days to best fit within the constraints of the business.

  • Week Four, Suzann meets with the Senior Team Leader to deep dive the results of the Team Profile and begins offering optional 20 minute one on one follow-up for any team member to review specifics regarding the individual’s assessment and discuss any questions they may have as it relates to those specific insights.

  • Week Five, optional team member follow-ups continue as well as 1-hour in-person meeting or Zoom check-in with the Senior Team Leader.

  • Weeks Six to Eight include the option of 1-2 weekly 1-hour meetings with the Senior Team Leader.

  • Week Nine is another deep dive meeting into the Team Profile to assess the Team Profile and any adjustments that might be beneficial to make in relation to job descriptions and/or team member assignments.

  • Weeks Ten-Twelve allow each team client 2-4 hours per week to deploy the resources of Wade Innovation to best fit their specific needs, including updating job descriptions, providing additional team training, facilitating a team meeting relating to a particular project or any other ways to meet the specific needs of the client’s situation.

Package 02

The next level of Team Client Services after an initial 3-month partnership includes individual team training opportunities, individual onboarding of future personnel with one on one assessments and training as well as updated team profiles, or monthly retainer partnerships of 3, 6, or 12-month increments.

These include all of the above plus weekly check-in calls with Senior Team Leaders, the opportunity for 1 team meeting facilitation/training and updated monthly Team Profiles and assessments regarding specific projects or problems.

What kind of results can I expect?

The outcome of training teams with Wade Innovation is an assessment of the preferences of each team member that allows leaders to see how each team member engages in the creative process. A team profile emerges then allowing each team member to better understand the team as a whole and work together within a common framework and using a common language to decrease negativity and de-dramify the workplace.

In addition, teams that become more well-versed in using intentional Creative Problem Solving become more effective at accomplishing their goals and increase their consistent levels of  innovation, The result is a more cooperative, effective and innovative Company Culture where the shared goals and expectations of the team are clear and understood by all.
