Creating More Inclusive Company Cultures

I have worked as an employee in both nurturing, uplifting team cultures in my work life and in toxic oppressing ones. More often than not the key to creating inclusive, innovative company cultures where team members work together like a well oiled machine hinges on the willingness of leadership to seek ways to empower their employees to be their best selves offering their greatest skills within the needs of the company’s mission.

In my role as a company culture coach, I work hand in hand with the leadership of a company/team to provide a minimum of three months of support working with the team to maximize their effectiveness and ability to work together to reach breakthrough thinking. The process empowers team members with a common language and understanding that “de-dramifies” the workplace environment.
